Randy Skinner is trustworthy, honest and dependable. If he says he’s going to do something, he’s going to do it, and for the cost he quotes. Randy Skinner, who got out of the business for a short period of time,
but is now back as Skinner Models, Inc. Working with Randy has been
interesting, as is his building process.

Skinner models has done several models for Bollinger since they started
back, and the current projects with the Rigdon platform supply vessel,
FIRST AND TEN, is as exciting as the actual building program at
Bollinger.
