Full time scale model
builder for over 25 years. Worked as President and Owner of
Scale Reproductions, Inc. from 1986 till 2002. Managed the
construction of over 1000 scratch built maritime scale models
during that time. Proficient in Auto Cad and 3d Modeling
softwares. Developed the use of CNC Laser Cutting and FDM
production into the creation of scale model building.
Exhibitor in the International Work Boat Show for 22
consecutive years.

Aaron Cook Office
Manager
Aaron has taken the position of in-house
accountant, his job title includes all invoices and records of
Skinner Models, Inc. You will also see him fulfilling a roll
in marketing in the future. He is one of the most important
employees, he writes the pay checks for us all.

Jerrod Mashburn Engineering
Manager
Full
time scale model builder for over 5 years. Worked for Scale
Reproduction, Inc. for 5 years in the area of Auto Cad, main
frame scale model construction and fine detail work. Also has
the talent of operating CNC controlled machines. One of the
few employees that can do it all.

Bill Brewer Senior Craftsman
Full time scale model builder for 25 years. Worked for Rust
International Piping and Design Models for nearly 10 years. 12
years for Scale Reproductions, Inc. in the production of
maritime models and 3 years for Scale Reproductions, LLC. Now
employed by Skinner Models, Inc. Extremely proficient
in fine detailing of scale models.

Mike Dana Senior
Craftsman
Mike worked as a craftsman at Scale Reproductions, Inc. for 14
consecutive years. His job description during that time ranged
from total scale model construction to inventory. He is a
great craftsman and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mike took a
year off and is now in Afghanistan as a sub contractor to the
Army. He is due back in the shop January '08. Be safe, Mike,
we will be glad to see you back in the shop.

Stephen Hall Senior
Craftsman
A craftsman since 1978 working in the fields
of woodworking, pattern maker, cabinets, architectural
millwork and scale models. This time has included 4 years in
the US Army and 2.5 years at Scale Reproductions, LLC. Stephen
brings knowledge of a variety of areas. Stephen built the
stained glass behind him in the photo. He was trained as a
sniper in the Army, don’t think we will be using that talent.

Charles Laut
Craftsman
Charles, 33 years old from Farmington, MO, has
spent most of the last 15 years as a welder and steel
fabricator. While living in Phoenix, AZ throughout his 20’s
experimented with various artistic mediums, such as steel
sculpture and glass blowing. Now with over a year of full time
model building he lives in Fairhope, AL. He also has a talent
for drawing with AutoCAD to produce cut files for the laser.

Shane Northcutt
Craftsman
Shane spent several years in a marine repair
yard working on the full scale boats, now he is proving
himself as an outstanding craftsman in mid level to finish
detail on the models. He built an entire OSV as his first
project, it was great.

Alan Willcutt

Alan spent over 25 years as a glass installer
and construction craftsman. Now builds hulls and finishes out
the fiberglass parts…very talented.

Ed Schultz

The New New Guy, Ed has been a dedicated letter carrier for
over 25 years, as well as the acting Postmaster of Point
Clear, AL. Ed is quickly proving himself as a finish detail
craftsman who is also skilled in mid level build up as well.

Jeff Swartz
Craftsman
Once the New Guy, now he has proven himself as
an outstanding "below the waterline" craftsman. Jeff will be
out to New York then the Middle East for the next few months.

David Wood
Custom table
builder for 15 years. Worked for Scale Reproductions, Inc. for
12 years as base and table builder. Proficient in working with
hardwoods and finishing techniques. David now builds all
custom wood bases and tables with legs for Skinner Models,
Inc., as a sub contractor.
