Many parts we create are are produced in the FDM machine. Shown below, Jerrod is holding two original thruster parts out of the FDM machine ready to mold and cast (Photo 1). The thruster parts will be integrated with a custom built brass propeller crafted by Peco Forsman.  In Photo 2, Jerrod is holding a finished union of these parts he assembled. Six of these units had to be built to install on three Tractor Tugs being built for Harbor Docking.

The stanchions of the railings were custom photo-etched of brass. Each rail is soldered to the stanchions for a seamless and tough union.
